LeadSharper provides executive coaching, leadership development programs, strategic AI advisory services, workshops, speaking engagements, and related digital content (collectively, the "Services"). Our Services are designed for professional development purposes and are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
By accessing our Site, submitting an enquiry, booking a session, or engaging with any of our programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.
When you submit an enquiry through our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We will use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to contact you about our Services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us directly.
(i) Ownership of Materials All content and materials provided through LeadSharper on this Site — including but not limited to the LeadSharper Edge™ framework, LeadSharper Index™ (LSI), Agent Operating Framework™ (AOF), REX assessment, flashcards, written content, digital workbooks, proprietary assessment tools, images, branding and coaching methodologies — are the exclusive intellectual property of LeadSharper and HBN Ventures LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent. (ii) Limited License to Clients Upon engagement, clients are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the LeadSharper Edge™ materials for their own individual professional development. This license does not grant the right to: • Redistribute, sell, or sub-license the framework to third parties. • Record, transcribe, or publish coaching sessions without prior written consent. • Train others using the LeadSharper Framework™ or represent yourself as a certified practitioner of the methodology. (iii) Professional Credit Any permitted public reference to the concepts learned during coaching must include proper attribution to LeadSharper.com. (iv) Reservation of Rights We reserve the right to terminate access to any digital portals or coaching materials if these terms are violated. Unauthorized commercial use of the LeadSharper™ brand will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Our coaching and advisory services are provided for professional development and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Results from coaching or training vary and are not guaranteed. LeadSharper and HBN Ventures LLC are not liable for decisions made by clients based on coaching conversations or content.
(i) One-Time Services Payment terms for individual coaching engagements, cohort programs, and workshops are outlined in the specific service agreement or booking confirmation provided to you. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment. Refunds are at our discretion and may be subject to an administration fee. No refunds are provided for services already rendered. (ii) LeadSharper Confide — Unlimited Subscription ($19/month) The Confide subscription is a recurring monthly subscription billed at $19.00 USD per month. It renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting nevilletarapore@leadsharper.com. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, except that first-time subscribers may request a full refund within 48 hours of their initial charge. We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Information shared during coaching sessions or in written communications will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Clients are similarly expected to treat any proprietary methodologies, frameworks, or materials shared during our engagement as confidential.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeadSharper and HBN Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools (including Calendly for booking). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
